OIMT was facing the need to better address client service and business requirements. There was a need to consolidate current Organization and Staffing plans; to effectively track, process and manage all Classification and Staffing actions; and to address skill set deficiencies. We developed a Human Resources Plan that provided a strategic vision of HR management and outlined the right set of activities and programs to put the HR Plan into action. This defined how they could best align the skills and competencies of limited Informatics resources with the needs of clients to ensure effective Human Resources management. |
